I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process, average shipping times are 4-18 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at customerservice@bountifulcurves.com
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return/exchange, you must first contact us at customerservice@bountifulcurves.com. Please note that returns/exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: Bountiful Curves, 2695 Post St., Suite 1124, Jacksonville, FL 32204.
If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions at customerservice@bountifulcurves.com. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at customerservice@bountifulcurves.com! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item has already shipped please contact us at customerservice@bountifulcurves.com.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at customerservice@bountifulcurves.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 12 hours. No refund will be given after the 12 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 4-18 business days. Longer times if shipped from other than the US.
